This method is used to detect defects on the surface and up to 2-3mm below the surface. Additionally, we have qualified personnel: 3 individuals at PT Level 2, 1 individual at PT Level 1, and 1 individual at MT Level 2. Magnetic particle testing is an extremely precise surface inspection method that can detect fine surface cracks that are not visible to the naked eye. Phased array ultrasonic testing does not require any surface preparation, such as the removal of coatings or rust, and allows for data collection and evaluation to be done off-site.
